Hi, I’m Lilly Wilsted, the heart behind Lilly Wilsted Photography. I’m a Southern California photographer with a love for capturing authentic, timeless moments that feel like you. Whether it’s a wedding on the coast, session in the mountains, or a golden-hour Elopement shoot, my passion is turning fleeting memories into images you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
My approach
Photography, for me, is more than just pictures it’s storytelling. It’s about freezing laughter, quiet glances, and the in-between moments that often mean the most. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you can be yourself, so your photos reflect not just how the day looked, but how it felt.
Outside the camera, I’m someone who’s deeply inspired by nature, creativity, and connection. I love the mix of coastal serenity and mountain adventure that surrounds me here in California, and that blend often finds its way into my work. More than anything, I’m grateful for every person who invites me into their story it’s an honor I don’t take lightly.
my journey
I picked up my camera when I was 15 years old and completely fell in love with photography. What started as a creative hobby quickly became something so much bigger. Over the last 5 years, photography has taken me to places I never imagined, introduced me to incredible people, and allowed me to witness some of the most meaningful moments in their lives. It has truly changed my life in every way. What I love most is preserving memories that people can look back on for years to come the quiet moments, the big emotions, and all the little details in between. Photography isn’t just my job; it’s my passion, my creative outlet, and something I pour my whole heart into. I feel incredibly grateful that I get to do what I love while telling love stories in a way that feels genuine, timeless, and true to each couple.
